Returns: What are they like and how are they made?

We know that on some occasions situations may arise where a return may be necessary, either for commercial reasons or specific customer needs. That’s why we have developed an efficient and convenient return system: the “return coupons”.

Due to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and prevention rules, it is not possible to reverse a blockchain transaction of the same type once the payment has been made. However, to address this limitation, we have implemented the return coupons. These coupons are commission-free both when generating and redeeming them, providing flexibility and convenience to the customer.

How does the coupon return process work? It’s simple:

1. Access the Bitnovo platform and go to the details of the payment received.
2. You will find the option “Coupon Return”. Click on it to generate the coupon.
3. It is important to note that refunds can only be made in full, partial refunds are not possible.
4. If the merchant does not have a sufficient balance in its account, it will be necessary to make a prior deposit in order to generate the return coupon.

Once the cashback coupon is generated, the customer will be able to redeem it for the cryptocurrency of their choice using a unique code provided in the Bitnovo application.

This provides flexibility to the client to obtain reimbursement in the cryptocurrency of their choice, adapting to their personal needs and preferences.
