What is Stellar Lumens?

- 5% was reserved for the operational expenses of the Stellar Foundation.
Now there are around 50 billion lumens in total, and almost 20 billion XML tokens are on the open market and no more lumens will be created. The Stellar Development Foundation has decided to withhold the remaining 30 billion to develop and promote Stellar.
